100 Tonson Foundation will present
YOGA IS ART | a yoga class by Mark Jeffrey Scodellaro
When art is life, life is art, and life (to some) is the pursuit of joy, then yoga, an ancient physical, spirtiual and mental practice that originated in India, is as close to life and art as it could get.
We invite you for a gentle vinyasa flow community yoga session with Mark Scodellero on Sunday 29th from 4 PM - 5 PM.
The class will be free and open to all, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT and register by Instagram or FB DM as spots are limited. We look forward to practicing yoga together in Udomsak Krisanamis’ silver cube.
About Mark Scodellero
Mark Scodellaro started his yogic journey in Toronto, Ontario Canada with a community of Hot Hatha classes. This was mostly a way of staying warm during the cold Canadian winters but the yoga seemed to stick.
After moving to Australia, Mark was first introduced to Ashtanga Yoga at the Ashtanga Yoga Center of Melbourne where his true yoga identity started to take shape, however, it wasn’t until Mark moved to Bangkok and completed his Yoga Alliance Teacher Training that he decided it was time to share his passion with students.
Mark has had the opportunity to study with a variety of teachers worldwide; and they all have had a supreme influence over him. Mark’s classes are challenging, yet lighthearted, with a focus on transformation. Mark would like to share the same vitality, happiness, and passion with his students the same way he has cultivated in his own experiences every time he practices yoga.
